Do we need clean data for this to work?
No. Most companies don’t have clean data on day one. We’ve built our process to work with messy data, CRMs, databases, APIs, even PDFs in some cases. If your data truly can’t be used at all, we’ll find out in the first 48 hours and offer a refund, not a 2-week extension.
How do you handle our IP and data security?
Everything you share stays yours. We sign an NDA before any work starts, use your data only for this engagement, and delete or return it once we’re done if you ask. Nothing you give us gets reused for another client or a case study without your sign-off.
What if the prototype doesn’t work?
Then you’ve spent two weeks and a fixed price finding that out, not two quarters and a six-figure budget. If it doesn’t hold up, we tell you plainly and you walk away with a clear answer instead of a sunk cost.
Is this AI consulting or actual development?
Development. We don’t sell strategy decks. You get a working AI prototype built on your own data, running by the end of the two weeks, not a set of recommendations for someone else to build later.
Can we extend the Quick-Start to 4 weeks instead of 2?
The two weeks is fixed on purpose, it’s what keeps the scope honest. If you need more time once the prototype proves out, that’s what the Sprint package is for: 4-6 weeks, fixed price, taking the prototype to production.
