Built Around How Your Industry Actually Works

Fintech, e-commerce, Web3 and crypto, and SaaS each carry different constraints, different compliance weight, different risk. We scope around the ones that are actually yours, not a generic build.

Fintech

Compliance, reporting, and real financial data change what “fast” means. For FFM, a fund management platform operating under real regulatory weight, we built compliance monitoring, portfolio analytics, and investor reporting as core product requirements, not features bolted on after launch.

E-Commerce

Storefronts live or die on load time, checkout friction, and whether the backend holds up under a traffic spike. We launched 7-Eleven, one of the world’s largest convenience store chains, on Shopify Markets across three Southeast Asian markets from a single codebase. Live in seven months.

Web3

Code that holds real value gets a different level of scrutiny than a typical web build. We built QuickSilver, a liquid staking protocol for the Cosmos ecosystem, letting users stake assets while keeping liquidity through receipt tokens they can still use across other DeFi activity.

Saas

A SaaS product built for ten customers looks nothing like one built for ten thousand. We built Rank My Business, an AI-powered platform that generates SEO-optimized, conversion-focused landing pages at scale, replacing manual page-building with a system customers run themselves.

Why Businesses Choose PedalsUp, Again and Again

Six things that hold on every engagement, no matter what we’re building.
Senior People, Start to Finish

Performance First

We build for how it performs under real users and real load, not how it looks in a demo.
Fixed Scope. Clear Investment.

Senior Team

The person who scopes your engagement stays accountable for it through delivery. Not handed off to whoever’s free that week.
Built in the Open

Fixed Pricing

Scope and price agreed before work starts. No markup added after the contract is signed.
Product Thinking, Not Just Code

Weekly Demos

Every week ships something real you can review, not a status update describing what we’ve been doing.
Built for the Real World

Built to Scale

Built to extend as you grow, not rebuilt from scratch the moment you outgrow version one.
We Tell You When AI Isn't the Answer

Launch Support

We stay on after delivery. Real usage finds what a demo never does, and we’re there for it.

Two Weeks to a Working Proof

No months of discovery before you see something real. We move from idea to working prototype quickly, using your data, your workflows, and your actual business context.

01

Validate

Start with the right problem.

We identify the highest-value opportunity, define what success looks like, and make sure AI is actually the right tool for the job.

02

Align

Turn the idea into a clear plan.

We map the workflow, data requirements, technical approach, and scope so everyone knows what we’re building and why.

03

Build

Put working software in your hands.

Our senior engineers build a functional prototype around your real use case, not a polished concept that only works in a presentation.

04

Test

Break it. Learn from it. Improve it.

You test the prototype against real scenarios while we refine the experience, performance, and underlying system.

05

05 · Decide

Know exactly what comes next.

You leave with a working proof, clear next steps, and an honest recommendation on whether to take it into production.

Question you might have,
Answers we definitely got

Do you only work with these four industries?
No. Fintech, e-commerce, Web3 and crypto, and SaaS are where we have the deepest confirmed track record, not the limit of what we’ll take on. Tell us what you’re building, and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit.
Does industry experience change your process or pricing?
The process stays the same: discovery, scoping, a fixed price agreed before work starts, weekly demos. What changes is what we scope for. Compliance and audit requirements get built into a fintech or Web3 timeline from day one. They don’t get added to an e-commerce or SaaS build that doesn’t need them.
Can you show me work in my specific industry?
If we’ve built in it, yes. Point us to the closest example above, or ask directly on the call, and we’ll tell you what’s real and what isn’t, rather than stretching an unrelated project to sound like a match.
What if my business spans more than one of these industries?
Common, and not a problem. A fintech product with e-commerce checkout, or a SaaS platform built on Web3 infrastructure, gets scoped around both sets of constraints at once. We won’t force it into one category just because the nav shows four boxes.
Do you handle the compliance and regulatory side of fintech or Web3 work?
We build to the compliance and audit requirements you confirm with us during scoping. We’re not your legal or regulatory counsel, and won’t pretend to be. What we will do is build the reporting, monitoring, or audit trail your compliance team actually needs.

Tell Us What You're Building. We'll Tell You If We've Solved It Before.

Fintech, e-commerce, Web3 and crypto, or SaaS: each comes with its own constraints. Tell us what you’re building, and we’ll scope it around the ones that actually apply.
