Everything You Need to Build,
Scale & Optimize
Commerce

Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, or a custom build — each fits a different kind of business. We help you land on the right one before any code gets written, then build it end to end.

Shopify Development

Launch a Shopify store built for your brand, optimized for speed, conversions, and easy day-to-day management. From custom themes to app integrations, we build stores that scale as your catalog and traffic grow.

WooCommerce Development

Build a WooCommerce store that combines flexibility, security, and deep customization on WordPress, without slowing the site down as it grows.

Webflow Development

Launch a design-led storefront on Webflow with precise layouts, fast load times, and a CMS your marketing team can update without a developer.

Custom E-commerce

When your catalogue, traffic, or business logic outgrows off-the-shelf platforms, we build custom commerce architecture, including headless setups, tailored to how your business actually operates.

Pedals Up builds e-commerce platforms for brands that treat their storefront as core infrastructure, not a side project. That means real architecture decisions before development starts, real QA before launch, and a team that's still accountable for the store after it's live, not just during the build.

Stores we have built_converted

Stores we have built

Four types of e-commerce products we build most often, drawn from confirmed client work. Select a platform to filter by use case.

Multi-Region Omnichannel Retail Store

A convenience retail chain expanding its online ordering into new geographies, with delivery and in-store pickup running as one unified experience rather than two separate systems.

Omnichannel Fashion Retail Platform

An omnichannel retail experience for an established fashion brand. Multi-channel inventory sync, unified order management across in-store and online, and a single customer view regardless of purchase channel.

D2C Creator Commerce Marketplace

A Shopify-based marketplace where Instagram creators earn cashback by sharing branded shopping experiences. Creator storefronts, brand partner management, and a payment infrastructure connecting creators, brands, and end buyers in one product.

Local Retail Discovery and Shopping Platform

A two-sided retail discovery platform connecting shoppers to local stores and brands. Brand management dashboard for store owners, discovery and shopping experience for buyers, and a full admin panel for platform operations.

The Technology Behind Our Commerce Builds

We build on proven commerce platforms and modern engineering tools, matched to your catalog size, traffic, and integrations, not whatever framework is trending.

Commerce Platforms

Launch and scale on proven commerce platforms built for high conversion, effortless store management, and seamless operations. We match your catalog size and budget to modern tools that drive long-term growth.

Seven Steps, One Trusted Product Partner

Seven stages from first call to 30 days post-launch, each one building on the last. Here’s what happens at each step, and what you’re reviewing along the way.

01

Discovery

Understanding Your Vision & Business Goals

We start by understanding your business, users, and goals. Through structured discovery sessions, we define project scope, technology approach, timeline, and a fixed-price proposal, before any code is written.

02

Architecture

Designing a Scalable Technical Foundation

Our architects map application architecture, integrations, data flow, security, and infrastructure so the platform can handle more traffic and more complexity without a rebuild.

03

Design

Designing for Conversion

We design interfaces and customer journeys around how people actually shop, with conversion-focused layouts and checkout flows tested before development begins.

04

Build

Building with Transparency & Precision

Our engineering team turns approved designs into production-ready software in agile sprints. Weekly demos keep you involved and able to give feedback throughout the build.

05

Integration

Connecting Payments, CRM, and Your Existing Tools

From payment gateways and CRM platforms to third-party APIs and business tools, we test every integration for security and reliability before it goes live.

06

Quality Assurance

Testing Every Detail Before Launch

We test functionality, performance, security, responsiveness, and user experience to make sure your product is reliable and ready for real-world use.

07

Launch

Launch with Confidence. Grow with Support.

Deployment is just the beginning. We manage your launch, monitor performance, resolve early issues, and provide dedicated post-launch support.

Why Businesses Choose PedalsUp, Again and Again

Six things that hold true on every engagement, no matter what we’re building.

Performance First

We build for how it performs under real users and real load, not how it looks in a demo.
Performance First

Senior Team

The person who scopes your engagement stays accountable for it through delivery. Not handed off to whoever’s free that week.
Senior Team

Fixed Pricing

Scope and price agreed before work starts. No markup added after the contract is signed.

Weekly Demos

Every week ships something real you can review, not a status update describing what we’ve been doing.
Weekly Demos

Built to Scale

Built to extend as you grow, not rebuilt from scratch the moment you outgrow version one.
Built to Scale

Launch Support

We stay on after delivery. Real usage finds what a demo never does, and we’re there for it.

The work, with the outcomes

Question you might have,
Answers we definitely got

Can you migrate our store without losing rankings or historical data?
Yes. We map your existing URLs, redirects, product data, and order history before touching anything live, and stage the migration so you can review it before it goes public. Rankings drop when migrations are rushed, not when they’re planned properly.
Do you work with our existing payment gateways and apps?
Yes. We integrate with the payment gateways and third-party apps already running in your store wherever possible, and flag early if something needs to be replaced rather than discovering it mid-build.
What if we need something Shopify or WooCommerce doesn't support out of the box?
We build a custom app, integration, or headless component to cover it. If the ask is big enough that it no longer fits cleanly on Shopify or WooCommerce, we’ll tell you that directly and scope it as a custom build instead.
How long does a typical build or migration take?
Timeline depends on catalogue size, integrations, and whether it’s a new build or a migration. We confirm an exact timeline on the scoping call, before you commit to anything.
Can you work alongside our existing development team?
Yes. We can lead the full build, slot in as additional engineering capacity alongside your team, or hand off a finished build to your team to maintain. We agree the model upfront so there’s no ambiguity about ownership.
What happens after launch if something breaks or traffic spikes?
Every engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support at no extra cost, covering issues that surface under real traffic. After that, ongoing support and monitoring is available as a separate engagement if you want us to stay on.

Launch a Storefront That Converts

Whether you’re launching a new Shopify store, migrating off a legacy platform, or fixing a checkout that’s losing sales, we can scope it on a single call.
